The FBI is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in the case of the firebombing of a North Carolina GOP office that happened less than a month before the 2016 general election.

The North Carolina Republican Party and the state of North Carolina are also each offering $5,000, bringing the total reward to $20,000, WRAL reported. The culprit threw a Molotov Cocktail through the window of the GOP office Oct. 16, 2016 and spray painted a swastika and the message “Nazi Republicans leave town or else” on an adjacent building. The firebomb burned itself out but caused extensive damage to the building, which only re-opened Monday after year-long repairs.

“Somebody out there knows something about somebody,” Waddy Davis, chairman of the Orange County Republican Party told reporters. “I think we’re looking for closure. We’re hoping that somebody out there will remember and bring forward to the authorities, the federal, state or local authorities.”

The FBI’s only disclosed lead is a vehicle spotted on security cameras moving from a nearby shopping center toward the Orange County GOP headquarters at 2:55 a.m. The Bureau has not yet released a description of the vehicle.

The FBI is receiving assistance from the Hillsborough Police Department, the State Bureau of Investigation, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, and the Secret Service.
