It’s Friday, and that means it’s time for my mailbag.

I had to keep things a bit shorter this week because I’m headed down to The South for a little football action. My apologies, but let’s jump in.

Sexual predators in Hollywood seem to be more common than initially thought. How can a society that preys on young women turn around and lecture us about President Trump and the people who voted for him?

Harvey Weinstein might be the greatest thing to ever happen to Donald Trump. Trump spent his entire campaign — and plenty of time since getting sworn in — trashing Hollywood and elitist on the coasts. Weinstein *allegedly* being a creep proves him right on so many levels.

Will Hollywood crumble? Not if only Weinstein and a couple other go down. It’d take dozens of powerful people to fall before the industry were in trouble.

Are these professional athletes having their Dixie Chicks moment and can they recover. Never asked for their opinions!

The problem with the Dixie Chicks comparison is that there were only three of them and they’re in one group. There’s over 1,000 NFL players spread out across 32 teams. It’s a lot harder to come after them or collectively punish them.

Secondly, football is way more popular than the Dixie Chicks ever were. I think some fans will stop watching, but the NFL isn’t going away anytime soon.

Who is your Heisman favorite at this point of the season?

There are a couple of players near the top, but there’s one who isn’t getting any of the attention he deserves.

Johnathan Taylor has ran all over the field for the Wisconsin Badgers this year, who are sitting at a perfect 6-0. The electric freshman running back has racked up 10 touchdowns and nearly 1,000 yards on the ground through the first half of the season.

If I had to bet on who will win it at this point it’d be Penn State’s running back Saquon Barkley. However, I think Taylor has been the most deserving.
