If you don’t follow Donald Trump Jr. on Instagram by now, you should.

Because we’re getting closer every day to the one year mark of Trump Sr. being President, and his son couldn’t be more hyped.

Every day, Donald Jr. posts something more entertaining and just generally badass.

For example, in September he posted a map of the United States showing which parts of the country supported kneeling vs standing for the National Anthem. He captioned the picture: “Just a shot in the dark here… where else have I seen this??? #MAGA”

But he doesn’t just post about his dad’s 2016 victory. He likes to remind his followers that he’s a regular guy, too. He hangs out at airports in a flannel with stubble, like everyone else.

He catches monstrous fish with his son, D3.

He wrestles trees and shows that unruly wildlife is no match for the Trumps:

And most recently, he sent shockwaves through social media when he posted a picture of his dad as Superman/Santa.

Have a great weekend everyone. #maga #weekend

I’m still trying to figure out the deeper meaning behind this post. The Trumps are not simple people. In between their fishing excursions and their charity dinners, they’re sending strong messages on social media.

So what does this post mean? That’s unmistakably Superman’s body, Trump’s face, and somebody’s iconic beard. The only person I’ve ever seen with that kind of beard is Santa Claus.

Maybe Donald Jr. tried to merge the two most powerful figures he could think of – Superman and Santa. And looking at some of his posts, we know that DJT Jr. enjoys some good facial hair. Maybe it just wasn’t enough to put Trump in a Superman suit. He needed a beard to really establish his dominance.

Whatever the reason behind this mysterious post is, two things are certain. Donald Trump Jr.’s Instagram is iconic and his dad should really consider growing a beard.
