Mimi Haleyi, a production assistant who worked on a set for Weinstein & Co., joined the ranks of other actresses to accuse the movie mogul of sexual assault Tuesday at a press conference with lawyer Gloria Allred.

Haleyi claims that Weinstein forcibly gave her oral sex in a child’s bedroom in 2006, despite her repeated attempts to dissuade him by saying she was on her period, the Daily Mail reported.

“He then orally forced himself on me while I was on my period. I was mortified. I was in disbelief,” Haleyi said, adding that Weinstein ripped out her tampon. “I would not have wanted anyone to do that to me even if that person had been my romantic partner.”

Haleyi says that she first met the producer during the European premiere of “The Aviator” during the Cannes Film Festival in 2006. He then invited Haleyi to discuss her work at his hotel, allegedly asking her for a massage.

“He kept messaging and calling me and even showed up at the apartment where I was staying in the East Village, twice in one day, and literally physically forced himself in through the door, pleading with me to come with him to Paris,” Haleyi said.

When Weinstein then asked her to come to his home in Soho, she agreed, saying she “wanted to maintain a good relationship with him.”

Allred said that her client was “brave,” and also lambasted Weinstein for his actions.
