MSNBC’s Joy Reid has again proven herself to be the reigning queen of fake news, tweeting blatant falsehoods Wednesday about the Clinton-funded Trump dossier.

It was revealed Tuesday by The Washington Post that the DNC and the Clinton campaign funded the infamous dossier alleging collusion between the Trump campaign and the Russian government.

Reid sent a tweet on Wednesday claiming that it is an “obvious truth” that the Trump dossier was commissioned by a Republican candidate.

It is true that a GOP client began paying Fusion GPS during the Republican presidential primary race. However, that client stopped paying Fusion well before they brought on ex-British agent Christopher Steele to put together the dossier. (FACT CHECK: Did Republicans Pay For The Trump Dossier?)

Unfortunately for Reid, she has a bit of a history of spreading false information.

In August, Reid claimed that Trump was hiring minority actors for his rally in Phoenix, Arizona based on a random Craigslist ad soliciting actors. (RELATED: Joy Ann Reid Spreads Unproven Rumor That Trump Campaign Hiring Black Actors For Phoenix Rally)

A month prior, she erred several times in an attempt to attack Trump’s wives. (RELATED: Count The Errors In This MSNBC Host’s Attack On Trump’s ‘Soviet’ Wives)
