Another slate of college football games is right around the corner, and that means it’s time for some gambling picks.

We’re sitting at 29-25-1 with two regular season weeks left, and we’re going to keep cruising to more wins.

Here are my five picks for the weekend.

1) Wisconsin (-7.5) vs. Michigan:

I’ve really been going back and forth on this game, but I’ve finally made the decision to come down on the side of Wisconsin. My main motivation is that the weather is supposed to be terrible Saturday. It’s going to be cold and snowing. That makes me think the air attack won’t matter much, and it’ll all be about running the ball.

That’s good news for the Badgers.

2) Miami (-19) vs. Virginia:

Miami is coming off slapping Notre Dame all over the field. I don’t think they’re slowing down at all. I’m all in on the Hurricanes.

3) TCU (-7) vs. Texas Tech:

I’d take the Horned Frogs if they were double-digit favorites. I don’t see this one being close at all. Texas Tech isn’t keeping this one close.

4) Mississippi State (-12) vs. Arkansas:

Arkansas just dumped its athletic director, and the program is in a complete free fall. This one is going to get ugly very fast. Could it be the last game Bielema coaches for the Hogs? Let’s hope not because I have way too much fun watching this dumpster fire.

5) Michigan State (-16) vs. Maryland:

The Spartans might have lost to Ohio State last week in embarrassing fashion, but I don’t see that carrying over. It’s MSU, and take them big.
