“Justice League” is not a good movie, and you shouldn’t spend your money to see it in theaters.

I woke up nice and early this fine Sunday morning to catch a showing before the Detroit Lions game today. My time would have been better spent if I just stayed home.

The movie isn’t awful. It’s just disappointing from where my expectations were at. Ben Affleck is painfully bad as Batman, the dialogue is atrocious at some points and the plot is extremely lazy. One of the first scenes is Batman getting shot at and then just letting the guy get away. No explanation is given at all. The writing didn’t get any better from there.

The only two bright spots in this movie were Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman and Jason Momoa as Aquaman. Literally everything else about this movie was not as good as it should have been. This movie would have been way better if it had just been Gadot and Momoa together. They were the only two who could be on screen and not have it be cringeworthy.

I wish I liked this movie a lot more, but I just can’t. It was poorly written, poorly acted and poorly put together. Give me Gadot and Momoa any day of the week. The writers and producers can keep everybody else.
