President Donald Trump and Big Baller Brand founder LaVar Ball are officially feuding, and it’s going to be incredibly fun to watch.
LaVar, whose son Lonzo is currently a rookie with the Los Angeles Lakers, had made some comments about how Trump didn’t really do much to get his son LiAngelo out of Chinese custody for shoplifting. Unsurprisingly, Trump did not take kindly to that.
Trump fired off on Twitter Sunday when he tweeted, “Now that the three basketball players are out of China and saved from years in jail, LaVar Ball, the father of LiAngelo, is unaccepting of what I did for his son and that shoplifting is no big deal. I should have left them in jail!”

I previously wrote that I hoped LaVar and Trump would come together to form an electric duo. Well, it looks like that dream is officially dead.
That’s okay because an open feud will be even more entertaining. Forget about Trump feuding with other elected officials. That’s nothing compared to being in a verbal war with Big Baller Brand.
Finally, LaVar Ball is a genius. He was pretty much unknown 18 months ago, and now he’s getting free publicity from the President of the United States. He has to be smiling ear to ear right now.
