Eight women are accusing longtime TV anchor Charlie Rose of sexual harassment, and his on-set behavior seemed to predict that this might happen.

After The Washington Post published the report with the allegations Monday, The Daily Caller was reminded of the time he offered to spank his female co-host, Norah O’Donnell, on air. (RELATED: Charlie Rose Offers To Spank Norah O’Donnell)
The segment on CBS “This Morning” began with a lemur trying to scratch an itch on its back, and Rose suggested that the lemur may have actually been spanking itself.
O’Donnell playfully stands up on the set and demonstrates the scratching or smacking motion on her own butt, prompting Rose to say, “Oh, I’ll do that.”
Rose then made a move to actually spank O’Donnell, luckily stopping short of the actual act. It’s an obviously inappropriate move for national television and happened just last year.
