The secret’s out. Over the course of the past decade, you’ve watched all the people who’ve invited you over (this includes friends, neighbors, in-laws, etc.) start filtering their water. While you may have never admitted it, you do recognize that this water really does taste better than the stuff you drink directly from the tap. But for some reason, you haven’t gotten around to owning one of these modern amenities.

Why? Laziness? The expense of name-brand filtration systems? No good reason, I’m guessing. And if price was any factor into it, you should know that the Daily Dealer got you 44 percent off this 10-cup filter with the code LCBC7ZC5:

A full 83 percent of reviewers gave this filter 5 out of 5 stars. Let me share with you what some of them said.

Perfect Pitcher!!!“:

My daughter hates tap water to the max. I was spending SO much on bottled water – an embarrassing amount, really. So, I wanted to make some kind of move. She’s probably got her own section at the landfill with how many bottles we were going through. (I personally cannot taste the difference – I grew up drinking well water, and tap water tastes fine to me. It also looks fine, but I digress.)
Dad is the same way. So.
I got this pitcher on a whim, because my dad has some brand name one that’s similar. I make a 5th of what he does in a year, so I needed something with a good equity without breaking the bank – this was the answer.

The dual filter is the way to go, hands down. After set up (rinse, filter a couple times), I tested it out.

“Wow, Liz,” my daughter says, “this water is excellent! I thought it was sink water? How did you make it taste different?” (Step mom.)
“I am a sorcerer,” I lied, and then showed her the pitcher and explained the filter after she called my bluff.

Amazing. Tastes better than bottled, I have already saved $10 this week on cases/on the spur bottled water purchases. That’s $520 a year. I. Am. Thrilled.

Great water pitcher“:

Perfect for my needs. It holds 2.5 L of water, and filters through pretty quickly. It also comes with two filters which I love, so I know it’ll last me awhile. It fits great on the side of my fridge door and is easy to use. I live by myself and this is absolutely perfect for me. The water comes out crisp and saves me money from buying filtered water bottles! One filter will probably last me abot 3 months! It is a steal for the price, I definitely recommend.

Good quality & Great Water!“:

I have currently been using the Brita from target at my office when I got so sick or never having enough room in my mini fridge! I searched Amazon and found this one that appeared to be more compact and I liked the fact it’s BPA free.

I’ve been using it for a few weeks and have had no problems and the water tastes just like it did out of the other filteration systems I have. Plus coming with two filters is a bonus.

It’s much better quality than I expected!
