Former Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein has been hit with his first United Kingdom-based civil suit for alleged sexual assault in London, according to a Monday report.

Amid a wave of allegations against the disgraced mogul, Weinstein will likely head to court over the first U.K.-based civil suit after an unidentified woman claimed she was sexually assaulted by Weinstein, Deadline reported. This case comes after Scotland Yard launched an investigation into eight women who allege that Weinstein sexually assaulted them.

The suit is filed by Jill Greenfield, a partner at the London law firm Fieldfisher. Greenfield lodged the suit on behalf of an unnamed female film executive, an alleged victim of Weinstein. The claim is against Weinstein, The Weinstein Company LLC and The Weinstein Company UK Ltd, and is based on damages for personal injury, consequential loss and expenses, the BBC reported. The case is expected to reach a settlement of at least $224,000, Greenfield confirmed to Deadline.
