“Don’t let the door hit you on the way out, Matt Lauer. “Today Show” #ROSEARMY,” McGowan tweeted after the news broke, before adding that “mercy” was reserved for “the deserving, not the perpetrator.”

The 44-year-old actress has been one of the loudest voices in the entertainment industry following sexual harassment and assault allegations against Harvey Weinstein last month.

Corey Feldman called out Lauer for the “HOSTILE INTERVIEW” he felt he had recently when he appeared on the “Today” show to talk about his plans to expose an alleged pedophile ring in Hollywood.

“HMMMMM INTERESTING…..THIS MIGHT EXPLAIN THE HOSTILE INTERVIEW WHILE I WAS TRYING 2 EXPOSE THE #TRUTH….EH MATT,” Feldman tweeted along with a link about Lauer’s termination, before adding that it was “time to open our eyes to the truth.”
