Alec Baldwin is reportedly working on a television show for ABC. The show will be a talk show, modeled after his radio show “Here’s The Thing With Alec Baldwin.”
Page Six reported that Baldwin will start filming some sample pilots for the show in New York City next week. The show is just one piece of a larger two-year contract Baldwin signed with ABC network earlier this year. He will continue to serve as the host of ABC’s “Match Game.”
Because apparently America just can’t get enough of Alec Baldwin. Thank goodness ABC-Disney-ESPN has their finger on the pulse of the people.
Variety points out that the show still has a lot of details to sort out and development is still in its infancy. In other words, it’s not to late to back out, Alec.
If however, the show must go on, let’s just hope it doesn’t flop as badly as his other stab at hosting:
