Judge Jeanine Pirro says political intrigue in the FBI and Department of Justice (DOJ) is creating the conditions for a nationwide revolt.

As the guest host on Fox News’s “Hannity” Monday night, Pirro said the nation has moved beyond “a constitutional crisis” because of public distrust in the FBI as a result of Special Counsel Mueller’s investigation into the Trump administration.

Pirro went through the list of red flags.

“The sad part of it is you’ve got [FBI Deputy Director] Andrew McCabe, who should have been fired the day [FBI Director] Christopher Wray came in — and that Christopher Wray hasn’t done it makes me concerned about the new head of the FBI, Christopher Wray,” she said.

“And you’ve got [Deputy Attorney General Rod] Rosenstein with all of his conflicts, he’s supervising [Robert] Mueller, who’s best friends with Comey. And I could go on and on. This is awful.”

Pirro’s outrage was echoed by Fox News legal analyst Gregg Jarrett who asked where Attorney General Jeff Sessions has been in this process and why he apparently hasn’t intervened in the Mueller investigation when it has been tainted by FBI and DOJ agents who have exhibited explicit anti-Trump sentiments. He suggested that Sessions should resign and “let somebody else come in who can actually do the job.”

Even Democratic commentator Doug Schoen suggested public doubts about the objectivity of the justice system were creating a “constitutional crisis.”

“[The] justice system, whatever side you’re on, is very, very tainted,” Schoen said.

That set off Pirro.

“I agree with you. This is not supposed to be this way. Politics in the FBI, the Department of Justice — 64 percent of Americans think that the FBI’s withholding documents, because they are!” Pirro said. “Why?”

She warned the situation was much worse than a “constitutional crisis” as Schoen suggested.

“We are at the point where people are about to revolt because they don’t have the right to run Washington this way. And that’s my final thought.”
