Joe Scarborough claimed China, not America, has been the “biggest beneficiary” of President Donald Trump’s policies, Thursday on “Morning Joe.”
“The question will be asked ten years from now, ‘who lost China?’ and there can be a lot of answers but there is no doubt … that China is the biggest beneficiary of Donald Trump’s presidency,” Scarborough said.
He predicted the Trump administration’s actions would continue to strengthen China’s global position on the world stage but didn’t provide any facts to back up his assertion.

“What he is doing, what he has been doing since he first got into office, what he’ll continue to do, is doing nothing but strengthening our chief rival of the 21st century,” Scarborough said.
The MSNBC host believes Trump is destroying the Republican Party, and he said the fallout from his actions will be felt for an entire generation.
“How long does my former party [GOP] sit back and allow this man to not only destroy the party, but do things on the world stage that are going to impact us for a generation to come?” Scarborough concluded.
