GOP congresswoman and Arizona Senate candidate Martha McSally said Democrats are “dicking around” with DACA by threatening to cut pay checks for American troops, Wednesday on Fox News’ “Tucker Carlson Tonight.”

“While our troops are over there risking their lives for us, these guys are dicking around, excuse my language, trying to come up with some issue that is not even in the top 20 priority of the American people,” McSally said. “We need to look to more legislation like the bill I introduced last week that addresses the priorities of the American people.”

McSally cited border security, chain migration, ending the visa lottery, addressing sanctuary cities, asylum reform, unaccompanied minor reform and E-Verify as the main points that Congress must address and said Democrats are using American service members as a political bargaining chip.

“They are holding the troops hostage for this issue that has nothing to do with funding the military. It’s infuriating,” she added.

“This is a priority to the American people,” McSally continued. “This is a very reasonable, prioritized proposal that focuses on security first and foremost of the American people, addresses the loopholes in our system, some of them are creating threats like we have seen with the terrorist attacks in New York City. They have to be closed.”
