Jemele Hill is leaving her spot on “SportsCenter at 6” for ESPN’s “The Undefeated.”
Sports Illustrated’s Richard Deitsch reported the following:
ESPN SportsCenter anchor Jemele Hill is leaving the 6:00 p.m. SC6 edition of SportsCenter to join the staff of The Undefeated, the ESPN microsite that fuses sports, race and culture, as well as other additional assignments. It is believed Hill asked for the assignment change.

Hill made waves in 2017 after she called President Donald Trump a white supremacist on Twitter.

She was later suspended for two weeks from ESPN after she suggested that fans boycott the sponsors of the Dallas Cowboys over the anthem protests.

Her role with “The Undefeated” isn’t known at this time.
