Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) will feature its first female starring as official mascot and franchise founder Colonel Sanders in upcoming advertisements, the company announced Thursday.

Country singer Reba McEntire is making an appearance as the white-haired Colonel Sanders to advertise KFC’s new Smoky Chicken BBQ, reported Time. McEntire’s appearance in the advertisements will last until April.

“I’m Colonel Sanders, the same as always,” McEntire says in the commercial, adding, “I’m definitely not a woman.”

McEntire, originally from Oklahoma, said that she is a huge fan of KFC and was offered the gig in December.
