Zack Frame, age 26, from St. Louis Missouri was a smoker for 8 years. He decided to make a transition from cigarettes to vaping, after learning he and is wife were expecting their first child.

He was a pack and a half to 2 packs a day smoker; Marlboro Reds was his cigarette of choice. But, after seeing a co-worker vaping, he thought he too would be able to make a successful attempt at putting traditional cigarettes aside for good. After the big news about a child on the way, he was more inclined to give it his all and quit before his child was born.

Zack went down to his local vape shop and purchased a starter kit. He says the device was very easy to use, nothing difficult about it. Right away, it really knocked out his craving for cigarettes. He was amazed at how quickly it worked for him. It gave him the same nicotine that a cigarette would without the harmful chemicals. He explains that it looks like a technical device and difficult to operate from the outside looking in. But, once you have a vape device in your hand, you will be amazed at how quickly you will learn to use it. In the past he tried the gas station cig-a-likes; they were far from satisfying.

Since he started vaping, he has noticed a big change in his health. He has plenty of energy and doesn’t have shortness of breath. He feels better overall, his sense of taste came back and he doesn’t smell like a walking cigarette. He has been smoke free for about a year and hopes to live a long life with his son.
