Jasmine Tookes was just 15 years old when she accompanied her mother, a celebrity stylist, to the set of a photo shoot.
That’s where she was first discovered, and since then she has rocketed to iconic status as a Victoria’s Secret model.
Tookes turns 27 today, and in honor of her birthday, we took a look back and found some of her most jaw-dropping runway and red carpet appearances.
She’s from Huntington Beach, California, and has become a force in the modeling world, walking runways for huge fashion houses like Dolce & Gabbana, Giorgio Armani and Burberry.
In 2012, she landed the coveted gig in the annual Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show and has walked every year since, officially getting her wings in 2015. A year later, she was selected to wear the $3 million Fantasy Bra covered in “450 carats of diamonds and 27,000 Swarovski crystals” for the show held in Paris. To say she looked stunning would definitely be an understatement.
During her career she has graced the cover of dozens of magazines, including international editions of Vogue, Elle and Harper’s Bazaar.
She wrote on Instagram that she is celebrating this year in Aspen, Colorado, where she modeled last summer for the Victoria’s Secret holiday commercial.
“In honor of heading to Aspen for my bday trip Here’s a throwback BTS of our Aspen holiday commercial,” she wrote.
