Kylie Jenner just passed Beyonce for the most popular post ever on Instagram with the shot she shared of her holding her daughter’s infant hand, according to Fox News Wednesday.
The 20-year-old reality television star’s Tuesday announcement of her and Travis Scott’s baby daughter’s name, Stormi Webster, has more than 14.4 million likes as of Wednesday evening.
The next closest photo on the social media site belongs to Beyonce’s twin pregnancy announcement in February 2017, which has more than 11.2 million likes.
“We would like to share our love and happiness. We have been blessed two times over. We are incredibly grateful that our family will be growing by two, and we thank you for your well wishes. – The Carters,” the then-35-year-old singer captioned a post of her wearing lingerie and a green veil.
The youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner family kept her pregnancy mostly a secret and explained why following the announcement of her daughter’s birth over the weekend.
“I’m sorry for keeping you in the dark through all the assumptions,” Jenner wrote in a message on Instagram. “I understand you’re used to me bringing you along on all my journeys. My pregnancy was one I chose not to do in front of the world.”
“I knew for myself I needed to prepare for this role of a lifetime in the most positive, stress free, and healthy way I knew how,” she added. “There was no gotcha moment, no big paid reveal I had planned. I knew my baby would feel every stress and every emotion so I chose to do it this way for my little life and our happiness. Pregnancy has been the most beautiful, empowering, and life changing experience I’ve had in my entire life and I’m actually going to miss it.”
