CNN’s Martin Savidge recently visited Iowa to interview supporters of President Trump, and on almost every single question, they defended the president and bucked the media narrative.

WATCH:

The panel of four Trump supporters consistently expressed doubt about the Russia investigation and the FBI.

One man called the Russia investigation a “political witch hunt from the get-go” and a “disgrace.”

Another man said that Trump is “exactly what I voted for.”

And when asked whether they had faith in the FBI, one man answered, “Hell no. No, absolutely not.”

The panel also said that the Mueller investigation should run its course and that President Trump shouldn’t fire him.

“It’s pretty clear from that conversation and from others that I’ve had with Trump voters that many of them believe the Russia investigation is nothing more than a political scheme, that was fabricated and now is being perpetuated by Democrats and others who simply can’t accept the fact that Donald Trump is president,” Savidge concluded.

This isn’t the first time that CNN has seemed surprised by meeting Trump voters. In January, Democrats who voted for Trump were interviewed by CNN, and most of them gave him high ratings, with one person saying “he is doing wonderful, he’s staying on task.” (RELATED: CNN’s Jaw Is On The Floor After Asking Democrats In Ohio What They Think Of Trump)
