Former boxing champion Adrien Broner was arrested in Atlanta on Monday night after allegedly groping a woman at a local shopping mall.

An unidentified woman told police that Broner “inappropriately groped her” at the Lenox Square shopping center, TMZ reports. Broner denied the allegations while being questioned by the police.

The 28-year-old boxer was arrested for misdemeanor sexual battery and taken to the Fulton County Jail. He was released on $2,000 bail on Tuesday morning after an appearance in court.

An eye-witness caught bits and pieces of the encounter on camera in which you can see police walking a handcuffed Broner out of the mall.

The encounter is far from Broner’s first run-in with the law. The Cincinnati native has been arrested for robbery, assault, gun possession, domestic violence and public intoxication in previous incidents, ESPN reports.

Broner is scheduled to box in a Showtime event on April 21 where he is slated to face former lightweight world titleholder Omar Figueroa Jr.
