Washington Capitals star T.J. Oshie is an American hockey legend, but his Valentine’s Day game needs some serious work.
Oshie’s wife Lauren posted a photo of them embracing while on sitting cross-legged on the ground with their dog. It’s a head scratcher.
So, I like the fact there’s a dog. Anytime you can work a dog into a photo you should absolutely do it. No reason to leave the dog out. However, that’s about the only cool thing about this photo.
T.J. Oshie is one of the coolest dudes to ever pick up a hockey stick. His actions during the 2014 Winter Olympics are the stuff of legends that we will tell our grandchildren about.
I’m sorry. We can love Oshie all we want, but it’s absurd to pretend this photo is legit. No, I’m not against guys taking photographs with their wives. Don’t be ridicolous. I’m against cheesy staged photos in all situations. How about a nice candid shot? Or maybe a shot from the wedding? Those would have been acceptable, this is just comedy. I don’t think it’s what they were shooting for. He needs to get back to scoring goals, being a badass guy on shootouts and up his photo game.
Either way, Lauren Oshie is insanely hot.
