It turns out nobody’s job is safe from being replaced by a robot – it doesn’t matter how hot you are.

During a show at Milan Fashion Week this weekend, Dolce And Gabbana used drones to debut this season’s handbags instead of models.

D&G has pushed the boundaries in the past – head designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana triggered a lot of gay couples after they called children born via surrogate ‘synthetic.’

But people learned to mend their ways with the designers since they were pumping out some pretty baller fashion.

But the whole drones thing goes way too far. Why do people of all ages and genders like fashion shows? Because it features models. Take those models away and you’ve lost at least half your audience.

In the very rare circumstances that I watch a fashion show, I’m watching it to see models teeter on impossibly high heels and eat it.

I’m watching to see the Kendall Jenners and Gigi Hadids of the world look flawless while rocking clothes I’ll never wear or be able to afford. I’m not trying to watch a stupid drone race like some backend competition that ESPN airs at 2 AM on Wednesday night. The second we start to replace models with robots, society is in the dumpster. It’s all a wash. You might as well close up shop at the US Treasury and rope off the White House. Models were one of the last good things we had in this world. And not even they’re safe from robots taking their jobs.
