The NFL combine is in full swing, and that means it’s time for prospects to get asked outrageous questions.

Alabama superstar running back Bo Scarbrough was asked at the combine whether or not God was an Auburn fan, according to NFL reporter Chase Goodbread.

NFL combine questions are one of my favorite things in all of sports because they have a tendency to be absurd.

The combine as a whole has just become some kind of weird spectacle where football doesn’t really matter and it’s all for show. Scouts, coaches and general managers spent countless hours interviewing potential guys for their team. You’d think they’d spend a little more time asking questions related to football. Nope. Scouts apparently have so much time on their hands that they can ask about what football team God cheers for.

I guess they were just trying to see his reaction or maybe see if it’d knock him off his game. Either way, seems like a waste of time.

For the record, God is a Wisconsin fan and there’s zero doubt in my mind about that.
