Netflix released a trailer for its upcoming series “Lost in Space” Tuesday, and it’s worth checking out.
The plot of the series, according to the YouTube description, is, “The Robinson family, part of a highly trained mission to establish a new colony in space, is unexpectedly pulled off course forcing them to crash land on a lost planet. Danger will find them. Lost in Space premieres April 13, 2018.”
The trailer sets up a cool backdrop for science fiction everywhere.
I saw the old “Lost in Space” movie way back in the day when I was a young kid. It was alright. Nothing really to write home about. It was bad, but it wasn’t particularly outstanding either.
Hopefully, Netflix is able to put together a fun and entertaining series here. I really don’t want to see some rehashed garbage, and then be expected to act like I think we’re looking at some masterful art. Save that for another day.
Netflix had better give us some great original ideas here or I’m not sticking around very long.
