Massachusetts Democratic Sen. Elizabeth Warren made her first national political move by donating 5,000 dollars to every state Democratic Party throughout the U.S., hinting at a possible 2020 presidential bid.

Warren announced she had sent the checks, including a $15,000 check to the Democratic National Committee, at a Democratic National Committee dinner in Washington, D.C., Wednesday, Politico reported. The sum total of the checks sent out by her campaign account was around $265,000.

“I want a Democratic Party strong enough to compete for every vote, in every race, at every level, in every state, in every election- and I’m willing to do my part to help make that happen,” Warren said at the dinner.

Warren told CNN’s Jake Tapper in November 2017 that she believes the Democratic National Committee (DNC) rigged the 2016 presidential primary in an attempt to sway the votes towards former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, calling it “a real problem” and that Democrats must hold members of their party accountable. This did not keep her from donating $15,000 to the committee Wednesday. (RELATED: Elizabeth Warren Believes The DNC Primary Was Rigged For Hillary)

Although Warren has yet to make a formal announcement for a 2020 presidential run, she has continued to keep her name relevant throughout President Donald Trump’s first year in the White House by publicly talking on nearly every issue he supports.

The Democrat, who is running for re-election in her Senate seat, raised around $13 million going into 2018, more than any senator in modern history. (RELATED: Elizabeth Warren Has Raised An Absurd Amount Of Cash)
