Sergio Tinoco grew up as a migrant worker in a family of Mexican immigrants before joining the military and serving 10 years in the U.S. Army. After leaving the military, Tinoco decided to continue his public service by becoming a member of the U.S. Border Patrol.

“So, I believe Fox News released or aired the video walls work last week. And I can say personally that they do work,” Tinoco argued. “You know, it has to be a combination of the wall itself, the infrastructure, access roads to be able to access the traffic that we have to encounter or that we encounter on a daily basis, technology, and then personnel.”

“We do need that combination, right; the infrastructure, the access roads of technology and personnel,” Tinoco said.
