Former press secretary under President Obama Josh Earnest attacks Sarah Sanders in a new email sent out by the Democratic National Committee (DNC) on Thursday.
Earnest wrote, “When I was press secretary for President Obama, my strategy was simple.”
“I spoke directly with the president and didn’t make a habit of lying to the American people. You and I both know that’s not how the Trump administration operates,” he added.

The email was also meant to fundraise for Democrats for the 2020 midterms.
