Tom Hardy recently posted a photo of himself as Al Capone from the upcoming movie “Fonzo,” and his fans are probably going to want to see it.

The plot of the movie, according to IMDB, “The 47-year old Al Capone, after 10 years in prison, starts suffering from dementia, and comes to be haunted by his violent past.”

Hardy is looking tattooed and ragged in the preview he shared over the weekend, and it’s an awesome look for the mafia legend.

Chasing Fonzo…

This movie should be awesome. Al Capone is one of the most infamous criminals to ever live, he rose from nothing to oversee a vast criminal organization, lived a life of violence and went down as a legend. It would only make sense that we’re now getting a movie about his life after Alcatraz.

I also love the casting of Tom Hardy as Capone. He was awesome in the movie “Lawless,” and it’s a similar enough story. He’s an imposing personality for sure, which is exactly what you’re looking for when portraying Al Capone.

“Fonzo” doesn’t have a set release date yet.
