Chris Brown was photographed putting his hands around a woman’s neck this week, causing yet another internet firestorm.
TMZ says Brown was “horse playing” with a female friend in Miami around 9 AM on Monday morning.

Brown was reportedly in Miami for the Ultra music festival, which takes place every spring. When TMZ reached out to his lawyer for comment, Brown’s team denied any wrongdoing.
“She’s a friend,” his team said. “It’s obviously playful as she confirmed. Whoever invaded their privacy will be held accountable.”
Both Chris Brown and his female friend have reportedly mandated that there was zero cause for concern whatsoever. But it did raise a few eyebrows, since he was charged with felony assault and making criminal threats to his then-girlfriend, Rhianna. Brown served five years of probation and claims to be a changed man now.
