A number of the president’s children attended the annual White House Easter Egg Roll in Washington, D.C. today. One of them was wearing a message to President Trump’s haters.

The annual Easter egg roll event features a number of Easter activities on the White House grounds for children of staff, press and invited guests.

Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump, Tiffany Trump and Barron Trump were all spotted at the event.

The president and Melania Trump both appeared on the White House balcony, and after the president’s brief remarks, descended the staircase to interact with the waiting children.

Donald Trump Jr. was joined by his five children at the event. Don Jr. worked the rope line and took selfies with the gathered crowds. One keen-eyed photographer noticed that he was sporting a lapel pin that read “Deplorable.”

The word “deplorable” was used by then-candidate Hillary Clinton in 2016 to describe Trump voters in what is one of the most memorable gaffes of the election. Trump latched onto the comment and used it to attack Hillary throughout the election.

It seems now, the president’s family is wearing the slur as a badge of honor.
