NFL Star Charged With Multiple Felonies For Allegedly Brutally Beating A Woman

San Francisco 49ers linebacker Reuben Foster was charged with multiple felonies Thursday stemming from an alleged domestic violence attack against his girlfriend.

The details of the alleged attack are absolutely shocking. The former Alabama star allegedly struck his girlfriend “8 to 10 times” and dragged her around by her hair. He is facing 11 years in prison if convicted.

The NFL’s PR nightmare with domestic violence just continues to get worse and worse. They just said they’re continuing the monitor the situation, which seems to not be enough.

I don’t know how to fix the NFL’s image problem with violence against women. Clearly, the NFL also doesn’t have any idea how to fix this problem.

You’d think that Roger Goodell and the other executives of the league would have figured out this crisis after Ray Rice was on tape punching his future wife. That should have been enough to get everybody straightened out, but apparently that’s just wishful thinking.

Domestic violence and the NFL just can’t seem to be separated, and that doesn’t bode well for the league’s image or future.
