“Hotel Artemis,” an action-packed thriller about a secret criminal hospital, dropped its debut trailer Monday. The movie’s star studded cast is led by Jodie Foster and Sterling K. Brown, who has been making waves with his show “This is Us,” and appearance in “Black Panther.”

Based on the trailer, the story seems like it will follow Brown’s character after his associate is injured in a heist gone wrong in a futuristic Los Angeles. The two visit the Hotel Artemis, where members are able to receive secret medical care away from the law.

Foster runs the hotel, which has a strict ruleset, and serves as the backdrop for an ensemble cast, starring Sofia Boutella, Dave Bautista, Jeff Goldblum, Bryan Tyree Henry, Zachary Quinto, Jenny Slate and Charlie Day. Yes, “It’s Always Sunny’s” own Charlie will appear as a mustachioed arms dealer in the hotel.

The movie looks intense and insane, and the dialogue seems snappy and fitting to the futuristic world. The definite highlight of the trailer is Bautista yelling, “Visiting hours are never!”

Frankly, the basic premise seems pretty inspired by the hotel in the “John Wick” franchise, but this seems to take it in a different direction, and the action and ensemble in the trailer speak for itself.
