The Vegas Golden Knights are headed to the next round of the NHL playoffs after sweeping the Kings, and that is incredibly awesome.
Who would have thought an expansion team would be the hottest team in sports right now? It’s downright amazing.
Nobody, and I mean absolutely nobody, thought the Vegas Golden Knights would do anything this year. Expansion draft teams are like the island of misfit toys. Expansion teams are usually laughably bad.
Somehow, and I don’t know the reason, the Knights are out there taking souls like it’s no big deal. I hope like hell they keep rolling because this has been a fun ride.
