“Deadpool 2” star Ryan Reynolds crashed a South Korean singing show on Sunday, performing “Tomorrow” from the musical “Annie” while dressed as a unicorn.

Reynolds reportedly did not even tell his wife, actress Blake Lively, that he intended to appear on the show.

The show, titled “King of Masked Singer,” features musical performances from masked singers, which allows the judges to evaluate the performers on their voices alone. Once the song ends, there is a dramatic unmasking.

Reynolds, who was in South Korea doing press for “Deadpool 2,” took the stage in a unicorn mask and a sparkly silver cape with rainbow trim. He belted out “Tomorrow,” as the audience cheered and wondered who he was.

As the last notes faded away, the countdown began to the reveal — and when the judges realized that it was Reynolds behind the mask, all hell broke loose.

In a brief post-performance interview, Reynolds talked to the host about his nerves and how he kept his plans to appear on the show a secret.

“Hello everybody. I’m so sorry about that song. Yes, absolutely [I was nervous.] I was wearing an adult diaper! … I didn’t even tell my wife.”

The response to Reynolds’ appearance ran the gamut, as people on Twitter described the “Deadpool 2” press tour as a “fever dream” and called it the best thing they’d ever seen.

“Deadpool” superfan Sam Owens told The Daily Caller exclusively, “That was a really good promotion. It was also really weird. But I liked it. I didn’t know that guy could sing.”
