A terrorist attack in the Shula district of northwestern Baghdad Wednesday has left at least four people dead and another 15 wounded, according to Reuters.

Reports indicate the attacker detonated a suicide explosive vest as he was being questioned by Iraq police officers while attempting to enter the Saqlawiyah park.

Although no terrorist group has officially taken credit for the attack yet, many believe this attack is the work of ISIS, especially since this latest attack took place in a Shiite neighborhood. Although the Iraqi government officially declared victory over the terrorist organization in December of 2017, the group continues to launch attacks throughout both Iraq and Syria.

ISIS claimed responsibility for another terrorist attack that took place earlier this month in Tarmiya, a town 15 miles North of Baghdad, Reuters reports. That attack claimed the lives of eight people, with an additional three others who were wounded.
