Rapper T.I. compared President Donald Trump to Nazi Germany Friday in rant about the new NFL anthem policy.
“Congratulations America!!! #AgentOrange #45 is giving Nazi Germany a run for their money!!! Soon WE will be the most oppressive country in all of World History. Hope you’re satisfied. #TheRealWillStillKneel,” the 37-year-old rapper — whose real name is Clifford Joseph Harris Jr. — captioned his post on Instagram, along with a photograph of a newspaper article about a German soccer club. The headline read, “Failed To Give Nazi Salute: German Football Club Banned For 12 months.”
The rapper often refers to Trump as “Agent Orange” in his various social media posts.
The same photo appeared on Twitter Friday following the new NFL ruling that states players who take the field but refuse to stand for the singing of the “Star Spangled Banner” will incur a fine for their team.

However, according to Snopes, while the 1934 article is true, he belief that it was in protest of the Nazi regime is false.
“The German team was not protesting the Nazi regime; the incident happened in France; the team was only banned from playing games outside of Germany,” the article read.
On Thursday, the rapper blasted the NFL’s decision and Trump’s comments that if a player doesn’t stand maybe they “shouldn’t be in the country.”
“But the police and school shooters who murder people for no reason belong here??? FOH!!! America IS THE PROBLEM!!!! #TheRealWillStillKneel,” T.I. captioned his post.
