“deplatforming-read about it,” the “Roseanne” star tweeted shortly before that, without explaining much else. The term refers to “canceling or disinviting someone to speak at an event–usually do to some form of offense committed by the speaker that would damage the reputation of the event sponsor or event theme.”

It was the first comment she has made about the cancellation of the popular show since she tweeted she was sorry for the Jarrett comment and that she was leaving the social media site for “a while.”

“I end by offering everyone involved one more apology and prayers for healing of our divided nation. Tomorrow is Shabbat and I will continue to pray that everything for everyone goes forward & ends well for all. signing off twitter for a while. love u guys,” Barr tweeted last Thursday.

The actress also canceled a scheduled appearance Friday on the “Joe Rogan” podcast, after telling followers she would explain her side of the story on the show. The host tweeted that Barr wasn’t “doing well.”
