Authorities responding to reports of an active shooter situation at the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., confirmed it appears to have been a false alarm Monday.
NBC News posted video showing armed police officers approaching the building, which lies on Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington, according to the Washington Times.
