Rudy Giuliani called former Vice President Joe Biden a moron Friday and said President Donald Trump would coast to reelection if he went up against Biden.
“I’m calling Joe Biden a mentally deficient idiot,” the president’s lawyer said to the Huffington Post.
Giuliani added, “He’s also too old. He’s four years older than Trump.”
“They need someone new, who would be more threatening to us,” he said about the Democratic Party. “They’ve got to hit us with a surprise.”
Giuliani stated that he wasn’t worried about the president going up against Biden or Sen. Elizabeth Warren in the next election.
Biden is one of the many Democrats expected to fight for the party’s nomination in the 2020 presidential election. He is not expected to make an official announcement until after the midterm elections this November. (RELATED: Obama Has Been Quietly Meeting With 2020 Dem Contenders)
Biden has not been a fan of this administration. Back in March, Biden said he’d beat up President Trump if they were in high school together as a result of Trump’s alleged sexual misconduct.
