Judd Apatow and “Modern Family” creator Steve Levitan joined Seth MacFarlane in condemning Fox News for the network’s perceived loyalty to President Trump this week.

It began this weekend, when Seth MacFarlane called Fox News out for disseminating “fringe sh*t.” (RELATED: Tucker Exposes ‘Ruling Class’ Behind Border Policy Uproar: ‘Their Goal Is To Change Your Country Forever’)

The tweet received over 44,000 likes and sparked similar outrage from the likes of producer and writer Judd Apatow, who used to work with Fox. He suggested the Murdoch family “promotes evil ideas and greed and corruption.”

“Modern Family” creator Steve Levitan chimed in shortly thereafter, saying he had “officially” joined Seth MacFarlane in condemning Fox. “This bullsh*t is the opposite of what #ModernFamily stands for,” he tweeted Monday evening.

That elicited a response from Apatow, asking “who’s next,” to condemn Fox as a “propaganda arm” for Donald Trump.

Levitan joins the ranks of heavy hitting entertainment moguls to condemn the Trump administration’s border policy, but it’s not likely he’ll be the last. As of Tuesday morning, Seth MacFarlane had donated $2.5 million to NPR in an effort to resist Fox News’ popularity and eliminate the “news desert” he claims exists in the US.
