Before the ink was dry, Democrats were moving the goalposts and denouncing families being held at the border; effectively they are calling for an open border. It was as shocking a development as the sun rising in the east.

An accidental bit of journalism occurred on CNN yesterday when Brooke Baldwin asked Sen. Tammy Baldwin (no relation) whether she spoke out against the exact same circumstances for children at the border when Barack Obama was president. Her answer is as telling as it is hilarious.
