Vice President Mike Pence took to Twitter and tagged #IStandWithICE while calling those who demand the abolition of ICE “outrageous,” and New York gubernatorial candidate Cynthia Nixon had a response to his tweets Friday.
In this @WhiteHouse we are with you 100%. As @POTUS said last night, we will always stand proudly with the brave heroes of @ICEgov and our border patrol. #IStandWithICE pic.twitter.com/aEyitwl3Ml

In 2017, @ICEgov made 4,818 gang arrests, and they took from the streets 796 members of the MS-13 gang. Our communities are safer as a result. #IStandWithICE pic.twitter.com/hqa9H5oV0v

The heroes of @ICEgov are being attacked and demonized for the work that they do at an unprecedented rate. The threats against ICE officers and their families must stop, and they must stop now. #IStandWithICE pic.twitter.com/mNgxEymJ6O

Nixon responded to Pence, saying, “I can think of no better description than to call ICE a terrorist organization, and I will wear any criticism from @mike_pence as a badge of honor.”
