The first lady arrived at The Queen Elizabeth Music Chapel in Waterlooo in a gorgeous navy Calvin Klein dress fit below her knees for a concert with other NATO leaders spouses, including French President Macron’s wife, Brigitte Macron.

The event is part of a separate agenda, as President Trump and other leaders meet for the first day of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) summit.
