“Fox & Friends Weekend” host Abby Huntsman is reportedly in talks to leave the network to fill a vacancy on ABC’s “The View” left by longtime co-host Sara Haines.

Haines announced during “The View” Monday that she is leaving to co-host a new third hour of “Good Morning America” with Michael Strahan, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

Huntsman got her start on television as a political correspondent in 2012 on ABC News and HuffPost Live that same year, according to the New York Daily News. She followed that up with a few different appearances on both ABC and MSNBC before landing a general reporter job at Fox News in 2015.

If she completes the move, she would join the table with former Fox News host Meghan McCain, who left the network in 2017.

Huntsman is the daughter of former Utah Gov. Jon Huntsman Jr., who know serves as the ambassador to Russia in President Donald Trump’s administration.

A spokesperson for Fox News did not immediately return a request for comment by The Daily Caller.
