MSNBC’s John Heilemann and GOP political strategist Rick Wilson started off their week with a a stunning separated at birth moment minus the facial hair.
The two men appeared on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” Monday with the similar bald heads, dark intellectual glasses, striped ties and their best beige-hued Sunday church suits.
Of course they were called out for looking like schoolboys who phoned each other as they dressed themselves this morning.
Heilemann grew jokingly defensive and pointed out that he hadn’t grown Wilson’s impressive facial hair.
Host Mika Brzezinski laughed her head off while fiancée Joe Scarborough told viewers that Wilson has an understudy for his book tour if he wants one.
Both men ultimately laughed at their visual absurdity.
Honestly, the whole thing was visually amusing, but not quite as funny as the hosts made it out to be. They could have just had the camera pan to their side-by-sides and shut their mouths.
