Trump and the Apple CEO likely talked about a variety of issues including tariffs.
Cook has said that tariffs, some of which are favored by President Trump, are a “tax on the consumer” during a conference call in July.
However, Cook also said, “I am optimistic that countries will get through this. And we are hoping that calm heads prevail.”
