This afternoon, she and the president planned to take a tour of the “neonatal intensive care unit of Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio,” and learn about the hospital’s “specialized programs to care for babies born with Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome (NAS),” according to a White House pool report.
